Street Outreach and Rapid Response

What We Do

Our Street Outreach team in Tulsa and Rapid Response team in Oklahoma City engage with individuals experiencing chronic, unsheltered homelessness wherever they are—under bridges, in encampments, or on sidewalks. Chronic homelessness refers to those who have been unhoused for more than one year, or have experienced at least four episodes of homelessness in the past three years.

Street Outreach and Rapid Response teams collaborate with community partners to deliver comprehensive, wrap-around services, including housing, employment, mental health treatment, physical healthcare, and additional support. To ensure that those we serve remain connected to our services, we connect with law enforcement and security personnel to reduce ticketing and incarceration.
