We are so excited to announce that our OKC office moved locations! Though the move was only a few blocks away geographically, it will propel us miles forward. This isn’t just about a change of scenery; it’s an exciting opportunity for us to strengthen our team, enhance our community, and make our operations even more efficient.
On day one, we began realizing the benefits of all of us being together in one beautiful space. We went from being scattered throughout a shared building to a two-story space that only MHAOK occupies. This has already fostered greater collaboration, sparking new conversations and creativity, and making it easier for us to brainstorm in the moment. We are sharing efforts, sharing ideas and tackling challenges as a unified team. We are stronger together.
Beyond just physical proximity is the opportunity to cultivate an atmosphere that better aligns with our mission and vision. We have dedicated areas for individualized focused work, as well as for staff collaboration and dynamic team activities, all of which ensures a balance of productivity and connection. We have cozy rooms for client meetings and decompression rooms for staff. We have a beautiful board room that we’re excited to host in, and the storage… oh, the storage! This is a space that will truly reflect who we are and what we stand for, making it a more engaging and motivating place to come to every day.
We’re pleased to be experiencing some significant long-term cost savings, as that is more money we can invest in programs, services and staff. This move is not just a new chapter in our story; it’s a chance to optimize our resources and enhance our impact.
