How Staff Should Handle Media During a Crisis
Marketing and Development Forms
Funding Request: If you are seeking donations or grants for an event, project or program, please complete the Funding Request Form. Funding requests may include new programs, letters to send out to the public for fundraising, fundraising events, raffles, etc.
Photo Release Form: If you are taking a promotional photo of an Association program participant or tenant, have the person sign the Photo Release Form. Then email both the photo release and photo to a Community Engagement staff member. If using a phone to take the photo, immediately delete the photo from your phone after emailing the photo to Community Engagement.
This manual is designed to provide guidelines and examples that will make communications easier and more effective, and ensure the high quality our community has come to expect from the Association.
Only use a color template if you are printing in color. If you will make black and white copies, use the black and white template.
Informal Document Templates
These templates are used for internal or external reasons. Specifically if you are presenting information to a group of people, this is a blank word document that has our logo and appropriate heading.
Meeting Agenda Templates
Note: Margins are set to print on our pre-printed letterhead stationary (the document will be blank). When folding our letterhead, always do a clam shell fold which will show our Mission on the outside.
Any staff that is giving a PowerPoint presentation should use the Association PowerPoint template at all times.
Right click and select "save image as" to download the logo.
Note: A vector file should be used when sending our logo off to a designer for professional printing services, it specifies our exact PMS color which is 2725. If you are in need of a logo in a vector format, please contact the Director of Marketing.
Minion Pro is our standard font and should be used on all branded documents above, i.e. Information Template and Agenda Templates. If you do not have this font on your system please contact the Director of Marketing.
