As you look at these fabulous Carnivale Tribalé party pics, you will see a rain of confetti, blissed-out dancers and exotic Polynesian entertainment.
It really was the best party in town! This one-of-a kind party — chaired by the amazing Adriane and Phil Lakin — started over 25 years ago. Over the years, thousands of lives have been changed – many saved – through the generous gifts that people like you have made to Mental Health Association Oklahoma.
We want to especially thank our Presenting Patrons: the George Kaiser Family Foundation and the Mary K. Chapman Foundation. And we’re equally as grateful for each Carnivale patron who supported this year’s event. And to everyone who has ever supported this event, we humbly thank you.
We all know that Carnivale is the best party in town. But it’s important to remember that it’s the Association’s only fundraiser of the year. Today, the Association is a statewide organization providing thousands of individuals and families with critical services in the community. In addition, the Association provides over 1,500 units of affordable housing for Oklahomans impacted by mental illness and homelessness, including the Association’s first apartment complex in Oklahoma City. Today, 2,800 amazing people in Tulsa and OKC have a safe place to sleep, eat, and live because of Carnivale supporters.
So, thank you again, and please enjoy reliving Carnivale Tribalé through these photos. We’ll see you at next year’s party!
