Refund/Cancellation Policy

A complete refund for conference registration will be made only if written notification is made to Mental Health Association Oklahoma on or before September 3, 2014. There will be a $50 processing fee for all refunds requested after September 3. No refunds will be granted for registration cancellations made after September 12. Registration fees are not transferable to future events.

The award-winning COX Business Center completed an extensive renovation and expansion in 2010. In addition to the Tulsa Ballroom, the largest space of its kind in the state of Oklahoma, the COX Business Center features plentiful and comfortable meeting and exhibit space. Parking is available in the Civic Center parkade located just north of the COX Business Center on 3rd Street between Houston and Denver.

As a part of the special conference rate, complimentary parking and in-room internet are included.

Special Conference rate: $83 per night 

Room rates are subject to state and local taxes and reservations must be made on or before September 5, 2014 to qualify for the conference rate. Rooms are subject to availability.
